For what uses is the room suitable?

The Werner Körte room is frequently used for side meetings, as a production office, or as an additional seminar room during conferences. Thanks to its direct access to the lecture hall, it is also an ideal backstage area for speakers.

How many people can the room accommodate?

With row seating, the room can accommodate up to 30 people.

Is the room accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, the room on the first floor is accessible via the elevator at reception. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.

What technical equipment is available?

The room comes standard with a permanently installed screen. If presentations with audio are planned, a small audio system can be added upon request.

Do you have a catering recommendation?

Our partner Eurest, located directly in the building, will provide the catering. From snacks to menu options – they will create a customized offer for you.

Can I view the rooms beforehand?

Yes, of course. Please make an appointment in advance so we can show you the room in person.

How short notice can I book?

Short-notice bookings are also possible depending on availability – just ask.

Is there a minimum duration or size requirement?

No, from a two-hour meeting for six people to a multi-day conference – we look forward to hearing from you and will tailor our services to your needs. Our rental options range from half a day to a full day.

How do I proceed with changes or cancellations?

Adjustments are possible at any time by arrangement. Our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply – this ensures you remain flexible and protected.
