For which formats is the Rudolf Virchow room suitable?
The Rudolf Virchow Room is primarily used for meetings and workshops, ideally with up to 26 people. With theater-style seating, it is also perfectly suited as a breakout or workshop room for conferences.
How many people can the room accommodate?
With row seating, the room offers a capacity of up to 60 people. For smaller workshop setups, it is ideal for 10 to 26 participants.
Is the room accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the room on the 2nd floor is fully accessible via the elevator at reception. An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
What technology is available?
The room comes standard with a permanently installed projector. A small sound system with up to four microphones can also be booked if presentations with audio are planned.
What catering options are available?
Small conference catering is possible directly in the room. For larger events, such as a three-course standing lunch, catering will be provided on the adjacent floor. Our partner Eurest will be happy to advise you individually.
Is the space suitable for poster or industrial exhibitions?
The room is very well suited for poster presentations, especially for specialized sessions. Due to its location within the building, it is less suitable for industry exhibitors.

There is no fixed minimum duration. From a two-hour workshop to a multi-day conference – we adapt to your needs. Half-day or full-day bookings are possible.
