For which formats is the Robert Koch room suitable?
The Robert Koch Room is the second largest seminar room in the building, after the Bernhard von Langenbeck Room. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the government district, extending to the Reichstag dome. This ambiance makes it a popular choice for parliamentary breakfasts, product presentations, and exclusive meetings. It also serves as a traditional plenary hall for smaller conferences, lectures, and training sessions.
How many people can fit in the room?
With row seating, the room can accommodate up to 90 people.
Is the room accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the room on the 5th floor is accessible for wheelchair users via the elevator at reception. An accessible toilet is located directly on the same level.
What technical equipment is available?
The room has a permanently installed projector. An audio system and/or the permanently installed hybrid technology for hybrid events can also be booked.
What catering options are available?
Small conference catering is possible in this room. Our catering partner Eurest, located directly in the building, will be happy to prepare a suitable offer for you.
Can I hold an industry exhibition or poster presentations in the room?
Yes, the Robert Koch Room is suitable for smaller exhibitions and poster presentations. However, due to its location, it is not the most central exhibition space in the building.
Can I view the rooms beforehand?
With pleasure. Please make an appointment in advance so we can show you the room in person.
How short notice can I book?
Short-notice bookings are also possible depending on availability – just ask.
Is there a minimum duration?
The Robert Koch Room can be booked for half a day or a full day – from two-hour meetings to multi-day congresses.
What happens in case of changes or cancellations?
Changes are possible by arrangement, taking into account our terms and conditions and cancellation policy – for maximum flexibility.
