The historic foyer is ideal for industrial exhibitions and poster presentations. For larger events, it often serves as a registration area, for breaks, and for catering. Floor spotlights can also be used to create a festive atmosphere for receptions or gala dinners.
How many people can fit in the Historical Foyer?
Depending on the seating arrangement and setup, the Historic Foyer offers space for up to 350 people.
Is the Historical Foyer accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the foyer is directly accessible by wheelchair. There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the ground floor. Only the adjacent loggia is accessible via a small step.
What technical equipment is available?
The foyer can be flexibly equipped with the desired technology. Screens, audio equipment, and atmospheric lighting are available throughout the building.
Do you have a catering recommendation?
Yes, our regular catering partner Eurest is located directly in the building and is happy to provide you with personal advice.
Can I hold an exhibition or poster presentations in the Historical Foyer?
Yes, the foyer offers ample space for exhibitions. In addition, we have a large supply of furniture, including many poster walls, which we can provide for you.
Is exhibition stand construction permitted in the historic foyer?
Yes, exhibition stand construction is possible. However, please note the listed building floor, which must be covered, as well as the limited ceiling height (3.20m).
Can I view the rooms beforehand?
With pleasure! To ensure we can dedicate sufficient time to you, please arrange an individual viewing appointment.
How short notice can I book?
Depending on availability, short-notice bookings are also possible – just contact us.

We are pleased to offer you our rooms flexibly – half-day or full-day, on any day of the week and without any minimum rental period.
