How many people can fit in the foyer on the 4th floor?
The event space can accommodate up to 60 people for a standing reception. It is ideal for smaller groups for breaks or informal discussions.
Is the foyer on the 4th floor accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the foyer on the 4th floor is accessible via elevator. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor and the 5th floor.
What technology is available?
The foyer can be flexibly equipped with customized event technology. From lighting and audio equipment to presentation equipment – we provide the right setup.
Do you have a catering recommendation?
Our partner Eurest, located directly in the building in Berlin-Mitte, will handle the catering. From coffee breaks to small snack buffets – they will advise you on tailor-made concepts.
Is the foyer suitable for exhibitions or poster presentations?
Yes, in two areas totaling 12 m². Approximately 100 m² can be used for industrial exhibitors. Up to 10 poster walls (approximately 20 posters) can be set up for poster presentations.
Can I view the foyer beforehand?
Of course. Please make an appointment so we can show you the foyer on the 4th floor in person.
How short notice can I book?
Short-notice bookings are also possible depending on availability – just ask.
Is there a minimum duration or size requirement?
The foyer on the 4th floor can be booked for half a day or a full day – mostly as an additional event space for workshops, break catering or small receptions.
What happens in case of changes or cancellations?
