For which types of events is the expertise suitable?
Thanks to its flexible layout, the Expertisium is particularly well-suited for small, interactive meetings, workshops, or retreats. It is frequently used as a breakout room during conferences. The rear area can also serve as a back office. Large French doors connect it directly to the foyer, allowing it to be incorporated as an extension if needed.
How many people can fit in the Expertisium?
The main central room can accommodate up to 60 people for a standing reception. Including the adjoining areas, the capacity can be increased to approximately 80 people.
Is the expertise center accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the Expertise building is fully wheelchair accessible. There is also a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the same level.
What technical equipment does the Expertise building have?
In 2023, the Expertiseium was equipped with state-of-the-art technology. A large LED screen and an exclusive lighting concept create the perfect atmosphere. In addition, permanently installed speakers, cameras, and room microphones are available for use in hybrid formats.
What catering options are available at the Expertiseium?
The rear section of the room can be separated with movable walls. Catering can be set up and served separately here – without disturbing the event in the main room. Our partner Eurest will be happy to advise you individually on this.
Can I present posters or exhibitions in the Expertiseum?
Yes, poster presentations are easily possible. We provide suitable poster boards that you simply need to fill with your posters. However, this room is not intended for industrial exhibitions.
Is a viewing possible beforehand?
With pleasure! To ensure we can dedicate sufficient time to you, please arrange an individual viewing appointment.
How short notice can I book?
We can also accommodate short-notice requests – depending on availability.
What rental periods apply to the Expertiseium?
There is no fixed minimum duration. From a two-hour meeting to a multi-day workshop – we adapt to your needs. Our rooms can be booked for half a day or a full day.
How do I proceed with changes or cancellations?
Changes are possible at any time by arrangement. Our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply – this ensures you remain flexible and fully protected.
