For which formats is the August Bier room suitable?
The smaller of the two seminar rooms on the 5th floor is ideal for meetings and workshops in smaller groups. A small sound system allows for the playback of audio and video files, and the permanently installed hybrid technology ensures quick and cost-effective integration of external participants. A particular highlight is the direct access to the roof terrace with a view of the historic Charité buildings.
How many people can fit in the room?

Is the room accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the room on the 5th floor is accessible for wheelchair users via the elevator at reception. An accessible toilet is located on the same floor.
What technology is available?
The room has a permanently installed projector. An audio system and the integrated hybrid technology can also be used for an additional fee.
Do you have a catering recommendation?
Small conference catering is possible in this room. Our partner Eurest, located directly in the building, will be happy to create a customized offer for you.
Can I hold an industry exhibition or poster presentations in the room?
Yes, the August Bier Room can be used for smaller exhibitions or poster presentations. Since it is not centrally located in the building, a prior viewing is recommended.
