How does the booking process work?

You send us the information you already have. If anything is missing, we’ll contact you to clarify the details. We then check availability and send you an initial offer with an option for your preferred date. Based on this, we develop a concrete vision for your event step by step – until everything is perfect.

What if I’m unsure whether the rooms are suitable?

Simply contact us! Should it not be a good fit, we will gladly put you in touch with suitable partners.

Can I view rooms beforehand?

With pleasure! To ensure we can dedicate sufficient time to you, please arrange an individual viewing appointment.

What information should I have ready?

The occasion, expected date, number of people and special requirements help us to advise you in a targeted manner.

How short notice can I book?

Depending on the room and date, short-notice bookings are also possible – just contact us.

Is there a minimum duration or minimum size?

No. From a two-hour meeting for six people to a multi-day conference – we cater entirely to your needs. Our rooms can be rented for half a day or a full day.

How does the confirmation process work?

To make a firm commitment, we need a scan of the signed offer. Changes are of course still possible afterwards.

What happens in case of changes or cancellations?

Changes are possible at any time by arrangement – ​​our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply.
